Returns and Refund Policy

At Offerwow.shop, we value customer satisfaction and aim to make the return process clear and fair. For physical planners, customers may request a return within 30 days from the date the order is delivered. Digital products are subject to different terms because they are provided instantly after purchase.

Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received. This means it must remain unused, unworn, and include any original tags and packaging. A receipt or other valid proof of purchase is also required to complete the request.

How to Request a Return
To start a return, please contact us at contact@offerwow.shop. After your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide the next steps, which may include a prepaid return shipping label when applicable, along with instructions explaining where and how to send the package. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We recommend inspecting your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product, please contact us promptly so we can review the issue and work toward an appropriate resolution.

Items Not Eligible for Return
Certain categories cannot be returned. These include digital downloads, PDF files, and other electronically delivered products. Customized or personalized items, including made-to-order products, are also non-returnable. In addition, personal care goods and hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases, where applicable, are not accepted for return.

We also do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards. If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before sending it back.

Exchanges
If you would like to replace an item, the fastest option is to request a return for the original purchase first. Once that return has been approved and completed, you may place a new order for the replacement item.

Refund Process
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved or denied. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
